 RETURN POLICY

  • Returns for item(s) purchased on this website will be considered on a case to case basis.
  • Kindly email sabahsurgicalsociety@gmail.com to make a return of a product / item.
  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of the organising committee is final.
  • For those with approved returns, details of how to return the product / item will be informed via email upon approval.

REFUND POLICY

  • Registration(s) is not refundable.
  • Requests for refund will be entertained on a case to case basis. 
  • Kindly email sabahsurgicalsociety@gmail.com to apply for a refund.
  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of the organising committee is final.
  • For those with approved refunds, processes are as follows :
  • Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days
  • Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
